This online workshop is edited together from live workshops in which the format is that of a class, taking notes and practicing yoga asanas. There is no nudity or pornographic content. The knowledge is related like a transmission or a lecture in which you take notes and then maybe decide to experience what you have absorbed in your own private life outside of the workshop.
The beneficial effects of “Splitting the Orgasm” make you realise this full spectrum teaching isn’t about giving anything up. It’s enhancing and expanding the  whole experience and the orgasm, while connecting more to the subtle parts of yourself and your beloved… retaining your seminal fluid, your ejaculation… and expanding your erotic life force energy into all the parts of your body you wish to direct it to, for use in concentration, meditation and manifestation in your life, leaving you in a state of having fully released and yet not being exhausted the next day.
It enhances your experience of yourself and the world around you when you practice the elements of this teaching regularly enough to experience the enriching effects. It is in effect a high form of personal, even spiritual development.

Sitting in circle, Simon shares his own experiences and resulting knowledge that he picked up through his yogic, tantric and shamanic paths over the past three decades.

The workshop consists of knowledge-shares by Simon like a lecture in university and the sharing of practical tools and concepts as well as some guided meditations, like in a yoga class or sitting with a shamanic practitioner for healing journeys without medicine. The Tantric aspects are related as yogic asanas and all aspects of the class including sexual aspects are related only in verbal descriptions and meditations.
