The 4 Soul Powers in an introductory overview. The original 4 Soul Powers are a way to understand our 4 inherent talents on how to deal with the 4 main areas of life. These powers are already there within us. Some of them are not yet activated or not in harmony. The good news is, it is not hard to activate each one of them, once you have the right tools.

There are ways to activate our different SOUL POWERS. We can use specific Power Asanas which directly actvate certain energy centers in our energy bodies.
