In this class series we learn an efficient and effective way to integrate small chunks of time into our existing routines.
We aim to create energetic clarity, emotional independence, access our own source of happiness and increase our energy levels, making us more available and being in our fullness for our most meaningful relationship.

What we do a little bit of regularly can truly reshape our energetic field and heal our wounded soul parts. Learning how to develop an organic inner discipline is not as hard as it seems.

Clearing the Field INTRO
It’s quite common that we have developed some energetic entanglements. This class is an overview with examples of this topic and how this relates to the other topics in this series.

Clearing the Field PRESENTATION
This class is a presentation with slides, going into details about what entanglements are, from healthy manifestations of this, to co-dependent energetic chords that are hurting our independence, draining us when this is the case.

Clearing the Field PRACTICE
In this class we go into some more detail on entanglements, but we also go into a physical warm up, and one embodied energetic posture for activating root center energies.
Once we are prepared and warmed up in this way we go on a guided meditation in which we call up any energetic entanglements and dissolve these if we want to.
